Zutaten:
- 2/3 cup CSR* Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tspn MASTERFOODS* Cinnamon Ground
- 2 tbspn CAPILANO* Honey
- 1 tbspn Orange Juice (Grocery)
- 2 tspn MASTERFOODS* Whole Cloves
- 1 tbspn MASTERFOODS* Wholegrain Mustard
- 1/2 tspn MASTERFOODS* Cardamom Ground
- 3/4 cup COTTEE'S* Breakfast Marmalade
- Roasted vegetables and salad, to serve
- 2 1/2 kg COLES* Bone-In Leg Ham Portion
| Zubereitung:
Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
Remove rind from ham. Using a sharp knife score ham fat in a diamond pattern, cutting 5mm deep cuts. Place ham fat side up on a lined roasting pan. Push cloves into fat at each diamond corner.
Combine remaining ingredients, except serving ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spoon half the glaze mixture over the ham.
Cook ham on the bottom shelf for 1 hour or until golden, basting half way through with remaining glaze. Allow to cool, slice and serve with extra mustard, vegetables and salad.
